What is your Refund Policy?
We are happy to offer a Refund if the item(s) is sent back to us within a 14-day period from the date the parcel is received by you, the Customer.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please email info@notanotherlondon.com and we will provide you with posting instructions.
We are unable to offer free post returns and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and details of the exchange are enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain proof of postage and a tracking number certificate. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
To be eligible for an Refund, the garment must be unworn and sent back in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact. Please take extra care when trying on your Outfit as we cannot accept a return for an item that is marked with makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks or a scent to a garment etc.
Each garment goes through quality control twice before posting to you with documented images. If items are returned back to us in a worn or marked condition we will reserve the right to refuse the refund and the goods will be returned back to you, the Customer.
How do I Return my Order
To start your Refund, please email us referencing your Order number: info@notanotherlondon.com
Please also send a brief reason as to why you would like to return your product.
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email saying the refund has been processed.
Once your order has been refunded please allow 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. This time period is out of our control and can vary depending on your bank issuer.
Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit.
How can I Exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
What happens if my goods are faulty?
Quality is important to us. Each item goes through quality control twice before posting to you with documented images.
Returns of faulty or poor quality items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@notanotherlondon.com with your order number and include photographs of your item. We will then advise the next steps.
All items returned as faulty/poor quality will be inspected further on receipt of the return. Any returns subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will not accept the responsibility for items that have been damaged during washing if our care instructions have not been followed.
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will either offer a replacement for the item (subject to stock availability) or you will be offered the choice of a credit note or refund for the value of the item.
Can I cancel my order if it hasn't been despatched?
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before your items have been dispatched, you need to let us know. In order to do so, you will need to confirm in writing to info@notanotherlondon.com. If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery.

How quickly can you post my order out?
Dependent on the type of delivery selected, your order will be dispatched as within 1-3 working days.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Can my Shipping Address be changed?
Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the delivery address
